General information:
We ask for your understanding that the current form for special operating expenses/special advertising expenses and income will only be available from February of the following year. Please note that you only need to complete and sign the form on special business expenses/special advertising expenses and income and return to us, if you have incurred any costs in connection with your participation. At the same time we point out that the responsible local tax office Dortmund-Ost only recognises special business expenses or special advertising costs if they are proven by a corresponding document. The local tax office does not recognise flat rates.


Unless otherwise agreed in the memorandum and articles of association, please observe the deadline of 30 April of the following year (for example: special operating expenses/special advertising expenses and income for 2016, please submit by 30 April 2017). No liability is assumed for the consideration of documents received late. You can fill in the form directly on the screen. Afterwards, please print out the form, sign and return it to us. The appeal procedure
Dr. Peters Group has established a complaints management system for the appropriate and timely handling of complaints.With the existing complaint management system, Dr. Peters Group not only meets the legal requirements. Active complaint management serves to increase customer satisfaction and to continuously improve operational processes and communication with our investors. The term "complaint" includes all indications of potential errors of Dr. Peters Group expressed by investors.

Handling complaints and costs
The filing of complaints is free of charge for the investor. In accordance with our defined complaint management processes, each complaint and the measures taken in response to it are documented. In the case of complaints that are addressed by telephone, the aim is to deal with them satisfactorily for the investor directly in the telephone conversation. If the complaint cannot be resolved conclusively in the first conversation, an expert employee will call you back as quickly as possible.

In the case of complaints received in writing, you will receive confirmation of receipt and notification of further steps within one week. The complaint will be processed at the same time.

Depending on the type, content and scope of the individual complaint, a decision is made on the responsibility and handling of the complaint within Dr. Peters Group, whereby external lawyers are also consulted as and when required.
