CAPITAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY

DR. PETERS ASSET FINANCE

Dr. Peters Asset Finance GmbH & Co. KG Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft (KVG) was founded in May 2013. On April 16, 2014, BaFin granted it permission to operate an external AIF capital management company in accordance with Sections 20 (1), (3), 22 (1) of the German Investment Code.

The Investment Code, which came into force in July 2013, transposes the European Union's Alternative Investment Fund Manager Directive into national law and regulates not only the product of the Alternative Investment Fund but

also its managers. The Dr. Peters Asset Finance GmbH & Co. KG Capital Management Company is responsible for the new issue and management of Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

ANNUAL REPORTS

REPORTING ON THE COURSE OF AIF INVESTMENTS

As a provider of alternative investment funds, we publish annual reports for our AIFs to date. These reports provide detailed information on the development and performance of the investments. They also include a management report and the complete annual financial statements including the balance sheet and income statement.

REMUNERATION POLICY

REMUNERATION PRINCIPLES OF KVG

The requirements for the remuneration system must be defined in accordance with § 37 KAGB. The requirements for the remuneration policy are more closely defined in Annex II of the EU Directive 2011/61/EU and the ESMA 2013/232 Guidelines for Sound Remuneration Policies, taking into account the AIFMD.

In terms of risk management, the remuneration policy of KVG aims to prevent the assumption of avoidable risks or the creation of incentives. Due to the lack of variable remuneration, information on calculation methods and information on the persons responsible for allocation is not required.

Against this background, no Compensation Committee has been set up. This remuneration policy is reviewed annually for effectiveness, appropriateness and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and adjusted as necessary.

RISK-POLICY

ACTING CAREFULLY AND FAIRLY

Dr. Peters Group always acts with the necessary care and fairness and, in particular, safeguards the interests of it investors. The objective is to avoid conflicts of interest and to protect investors' interests in the event of unavoidable conflicts of interest.
