Dr. Peters Group offers its intermediary services for secondary market units in DS funds both to investors, who already hold Dr. Peters Group funds, and investors who are considering an investment in this asset class for the first time.

When investing in a closed-end fund that is already established in the market, you as the investor can make an informed decision based on both past and expected development of each fund as illustrated by our performance record. This will make it much easier to assess your personal investment risk.

Dr. Peters Group assists and acts as an intermediary with regard to investors'
intentions to buy or sell. Against this background, the funds developed by our company are regularly assessed and analysed with a view to their price determination, focusing both on the fund specifics and the market situation. This also includes past performance, the distributions and return ratios currently projected and the development of the relevant fund-specific market segments. The assessment of these aspects, taking into consideration offer and demand, enables the fund management to recommend a purchase or sales price.

Investors can notify Dr. Peters Group at any time of their intention to buy or sell units in closed-end DS funds. Please contact the fund manager responsible for secondary market transactions. Our company helps establish the necessary contacts for potential buyers or sellers and assists in the purchase or sale transaction.

The fund management acts in an intermediary capacity and facilitates smooth settlement. Whether or not a secondary market transaction is eventually completed and at what price, is ultimately determined by offer and demand. A situation may arise, in which sell or buy orders cannot be executed immediately. For data protection reasons, Dr. Peters Group requires the investor's prior written consent for the transmission of any client and investment data that are necessary for settlement. When an investment is transferred, the transferee, i.e. the new investor, bears any notary and court costs incurred. If the partnership agreement of the relevant fund so provides, a one-off flat fee of € 100 plus VAT will also be charged. The investment offers are geared towards
co-ownership in the fund company. The main prospectus contains a description of the associated opportunities and risks. Non-professional investors are urged to consult a tax adviser with regard to the tax effects resulting from the purchase or sale of an investment prior to making any such decision.
