
Dr. Peters Group launched its first real estate fund in 1975. This investment in a retirement home in Dortmund-Brackel is regarded as the foundation on which the success of Dr. Peters Group is based.
The first real estate investment fund with the "DS" product designation was introduced in 1977. The DS fund No. 1 went on to invest in a Novotel hotel property in Dortmund. With 20 hotel funds placed, Dr. Peters Group today ranks among the largest initiators of hotel property funds in Germany. Social infrastructure property funds, including 12 retirement and nursing homes with high-quality tenants, also enjoy an excellent reputation. In addition, 9 shopping malls, 6 properties located abroad, 3 office/commercial buildings and one logistics property are part of the broadly diversified DS real estate fund portfolio.
Long-term profitability
After more than 30 years as an initiator, Dr. Peters Group is now able to look back on 49 placed real estate funds, in which a total of over 7,500 partners have invested. This long-term orientation strongly benefits our investors, as the true performance potential of an initiator only becomes apparent over a longer period of time. Short-term speculations are not part of our business philosophy. For this reason, our real estate planning approach usually has a long-term orientation.
